Client acknowledges that by placing an order with ILoveHits.co.uk  that they have read, acknowledged and fully understood ALL paragraphs of these terms and conditions. All services should begin within 72 hours from the purchase time. All services are conducted on a first come, first served basis.

Due to variances in amounts of traffic/pop-unders purchased at different times, the starting date may fluctuate, and we are in no way to be held responsible if your campaign does not start by a specific date.

All visitor campaigns should be completed within 60 days. If we are unable to deliver all of your visitors within the 60 day time frame we will endeavour to complete the order within an additional 60 day timeframe, if this still is not enough to complete the order you are eligible for a refund as long as you can both show that you haven't received the service ordered and also that your site has not been found to be in violation of our terms & rules and our disclaimer. This refund will be issued on a pro-rata basis, In cases where a refund is given we reserve the right to deduct an amount proportional to the amount of traffic delivered to cover our costs plus an extra administrative fee. In no cases shall refunds be given before the 120 day timeframe is complete. ILoveHits.co.uk does not issue refunds for any reason other than the service ordered has not been delivered. We do not guarantee sales or sign-ups to your site and are also not responsible if you order from us and submit a site that is in violation of our terms & rules and our disclaimer. All requests for refunds must be submitted along with your username & order date to refunds@ilovehits.co.uk after the 120 day timeframe is complete.

In cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to require proof that the proper number of visitors were not delivered. Stats, Data and other information from third party counters (e.g. Extreme-DM.com, hitbox) are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting systems tend to yield an improper count. If we dispute your claim, you must provide us with RAW server logs from the site and time period in question -this is the only reliable method of counting a visitor.

ILoveHits.co.uk cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the traffic amount you are ordering.

ILoveHits.co.uk will in no way be held responsible for slow server bandwidth. ILoveHits.co.uk  will in no way be held responsible for determining the server bandwidth capabilities of customer sites. ILoveHits.co.uk will not be responsible for incorrect URL's. This is the responsibility of the client to verify the correct URL.

Client understands that 3rd party hit counters on your site do not accurately represent the number of visitors to your site or the number of ads we served. This is due to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively short timeframe. Most 3rd party counters cannot keep up accurately. Client understands that certain internet users may have software or programs installed which could block their pop-unders being viewed. Client also understands that ILoveHits.co.uk  DOES NOT GUARANTEE SALES OR SIGNUPS.

In no event shall ILoveHits.co.uk  be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the package, even if ILoveHits.co.uk  has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
